iVisited (“we”, “us”) is operated by Chunky Chairs Ltd. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. If you have any questions, email hello@ivisited.xyz.
When you contact us, place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (for orders) your delivery and billing address. We also collect order details and basic technical information such as your IP address and browsing activity for security and analytics.
We use your data to fulfil and deliver your orders, respond to enquiries, send order confirmations and service emails, prevent fraud, and improve our site. We rely on performing our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
We only share data with the providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email), our hosting and analytics providers, and our print/fulfilment partners. We never sell your personal data.
